Job summary

Ashworth, a leading manufacturer of advanced conveyor belt solutions for the global food processing industry, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for France and other French-speaking markets. Based in the Netherlands, you will combine technical understanding with strong commercial drive to grow key accounts and build new partnerships.

You will travel regularly, translate customer needs into value-driven proposals with our engineering teams, and represent the brand at trade fairs and customer visits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in industrial or food-processing equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with conveyor belts or automation systems.
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel internationally.
• Native-level French and fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through strategic account management and new business development.
• Build partnerships with customers, distributors, and OEMs.
• Translate customer needs into value-driven proposals with our engineering teams.
