Michael Page is seeking a results‑driven sales engineer in the Netherlands to grow existing accounts and win new business in the conveyor belt sector.

You will provide technical advice, conduct site surveys, present proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract, collaborating with engineering and operations teams. Travel across the Netherlands and Benelux is expected.

Qualificações

• Degree in a technical field such as mechanical, industrial or mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in conveyor belt, material handling, or industrial automation sales.
• Proven track record in technical sales, business development and account management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow existing customer accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Provide technical advice and tailored conveyor belt solutions.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and process assessments for customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical presentations.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract negotiation.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; achieve targets; maintain CRM data.
