Job summary

Studio Automated, based in Amsterdam, is redefining how the sports and media industry operates through AI-driven camera automation. A Hardware Operations Manager will own logistics, stock and ERP, ensuring orders move from confirmation to delivery and that procurement stays ahead of demand.

You will build scalable processes as we grow across markets and edge/cloud platforms. You will lead a small team, collaborate with sales, integration and finance, and report to the Head of Hardware.

Qualifications

• Experience with order management and fulfilment.
• Procurement and supplier sourcing experience.
• Strong reporting and inventory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from confirmation to delivery and fulfilment.
• Source suppliers and handle procurement of hardware and components.
• Keep inventory accurate and report on stock, lead times and costs.
• Arrange shipping, customs and import/export across countries.
• Set up, run and improve our ERP system.
• Build processes that scale as order volumes grow.
