Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer – Token Factory based in the Netherlands. You will bridge engineering, delivery, and customer success to ensure AI workloads perform reliably in production, guiding customers from PoC to scalable deployments.

You will work with customer engineering teams, ML specialists, and internal infrastructure teams to optimize performance, manage incidents, and improve platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with AI inference frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems for scalable production deployments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, especially large language models and model inference.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance.
• Experience working directly with technical customers (engineers, ML teams, infra specialists).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt explanations to different audiences.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and delivery focus.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from proof of concept (PoC) to production deployments and ongoing scaling.
• Optimize AI workload performance, latency, throughput, resource usage, and cost.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner to customer engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate production incidents and manage technical risks with internal and customer teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and advocate for best practices in platform capabilities and deployment processes.
