Job summary

Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam is seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead the commercial development of our API platform, selling to brands and technology partners.

You will own the full sales cycle, shape the go-to-market, and collaborate closely with the founder, engineering and product teams to build scalable revenue. This is a hands-on role for an experienced seller who can define processes, land early customers, and establish a repeatable sales motion for growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience.
• Early-stage builder mindset with experience creating sales structure, processes and playbooks.
• Full-cycle execution, capable of self-generating pipeline and closing deals.
• Technical fluency to pitch API/AI products to developers and business leaders.
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder buying cycles and hitting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Convert inbound interest and founder relationships into paying API customers.
• Build pipeline within a defined group of brands and technology partners.
• Sell to both commercial and technical stakeholders across teams.
• Translate API/AI capabilities into clear business outcomes and value.
• Coordinate evaluations with product and engineering teams.
• Help customers build a business case and navigate procurement and security reviews.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and accurate forecast in the CRM.
• Capture customer requirements and competitive information.
• Help refine ICP, positioning, packaging and pricing.
• Document the initial sales playbook and handover procedures.
• Represent Creative Fabrica at industry events and with partners.
