Jobgether is a fast-growing social content agency serving brands across the DACH market. As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founder, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.

You will take ownership of high-impact projects, streamline internal processes, and help teams collaborate effectively as the business scales. This dynamic, entrepreneurial role offers significant autonomy from day one and a path to leadership as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects.
• Take independent ownership of key projects across multiple business functions.
• Build, optimize, and document internal processes to support scalable growth.
• Coordinate activities between teams and ensure projects remain on track.
• Research new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging markets.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support customer relationships, sales initiatives, and other business-critical activities as needed.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and step in where the business needs support.
