Job summary

Built Different in Delft is seeking a Founder's Sales Associate / Junior Sales Executive to join a fast-growing team. You will work closely with the founder as the engine room of the commercial function, focusing on building partnerships and a scalable sales process.

The role offers a clear two-year path to Partner Manager, with three in-office days per week in Delft and performance-based rewards including a company car.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at native level.
• Experience in sales, customer success or another customer-facing role.
• Proactive, energetic approach to outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls, spot opportunities and convert them into new partners.
• Assist the commercial lead with quotes, contracts and demos.
• Serve as the go-to voice for partners, answer questions and keep deals moving.
• Build your own pipeline of new business and hunt for opportunities when possible.
• Help shape a smarter, more automated sales process as the portal grows.
