Job summary

Minimal is seeking a Founder’s Associate to work on high-impact, end-to-end initiatives directly with the CEO and CTO in Amsterdam. You will own projects across onboarding, sales, operations and strategy, shaping the company as it grows. This is a fast-paced role with real responsibility from week one.

You’ll ship measurable projects, learn the business deeply, and grow into leadership as Minimal expands. English fluency is essential; Dutch, German or Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Owns problems and ships end-to-end projects.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to build simple models.
• Good with people and able to communicate with customers, investors or candidates.
• Excellent writing and concise communication.
• Native or near-native English; Dutch/German/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers, manage key accounts, and optimize pilots to improve conversions.
• Build lead lists, run outbound efforts, prepare proposals and lead calls.
• Set up scalable operations: pricing, contracts, invoicing, CRM hygiene, internal reporting.
• Analyze markets, pricing models and churn; turn insights into actionable recommendations for founders.
• Assist fundraising activities and investor communications; participate in hiring and first-round interviews.
