With its new design, brand‑new lobby and renovated guestrooms, Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center has created a space where travelers and locals alike can work, meet and relax. F&B Attendant Main Responsibilities

• You are responsible for taking orders, food and beverages.
• Up‑selling all menu items to maximise food & beverage revenue.
• Maintain an excellent guest service, and inspire the team to do the same.
• Consistent achievement of the service standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and service area.
• We are one big team, helping out others is a must – Teamwork Makes The Dream Work.
• You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
• Process all different payment methods.
• Complete opening and/or closing duties.

Key Personality Traits and Skills

• You have a kind knowledge of all F&B standards, service, and products. You’re able to demonstrate hygiene codes correctly and are able to show safe usage of all materials/equipment.
• You are a master in multitasking and are eager to learn.
• You are proactive, willing to learn and possess strong communication skills.
• You’re fluent in English, Dutch and/or any other language is appreciated.

The Sheraton hotel at Schiphol has existed since 1997 and underwent a major renovation in 2021 of all the 417 rooms and public spaces.
