Hotelprofessionals - Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center zoekt een gepassioneerde F&B attendant om ons team te versterken op fulltime basis. De functie richt zich op banquet- en horecendiensten vlak bij Schiphol met afwisselende diensten en eventuele inzet op feestdagen.

Je werkt aan de hand van onze hospitality-standaarden, levert uitstekende gastenservice en werkt mee aan een hecht team. Ervaring in F&B is welkom, communicatie en flexibiliteit zijn essentieel.

Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center features 32 event rooms of various sizes, and is an ideal meeting place near Schiphol Airport. For the service of all meetings and events, we are seeking for a passionate F&B attendant with a background in the hospitality industry, to join our team (full-time).

Good to know!

Our banquets team operates mainly on the weekdays, but we do wish you to not be averse to rotating shifts, and working on holidays.

Main responsibilities:

• Setting and maintaining cleanliness of the conference rooms and lunch areas.
• Maintain an excellent guest service, and inspire the team to do the same.
• We are one big team, helping out others is a must – ‘Teamwork Makes The Dream Work’
• Consistent achievement of the service standards and quality.
• You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
• Complete opening and/or closing duties.

Key personality traits:

• You have a kind knowledge of all F&B standards, service, and products. You’re able to demonstrate hygiene codes correctly and are able to show safe use of all materials/equipment.
• You are proactive and control over strong communication skills.
• You are energetic, professional, and are a master in organization.
• Every meenting/event is different, you are exceptional in managing change of any situation.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or any other language is appreciated.
• You are flexible; available evenings, weekends (if required) and on holidays.
