Hotelprofessionals - Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center is looking for a full-time F&B Attendant. You will be responsible for taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent guest service in our restaurant.

The Commune restaurant is designed upon our hotel brand vision; The World’s Gathering Place. It’s the place around the Amsterdam Schiphol airport where guests come to work, meet, and relax, featuring a local and veg-forward menu. We are seeking a passionate F&B attendant with a background in the hospitality industry, to join our dynamic team.

F&B Attendant Main Responsibilities

• You are responsible for taking of orders, food and beverages.
• Up-selling all menu items to maximize food & beverage revenue
• Maintain an excellent guest service, and inspire the team to do the same.
• Consistent achievement of the service standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and service area.
• We are one big team, helping out others is a must – Teamwork Makes The Dream Work
• You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
• Process all different payment methods,
• Complete opening and/or closing duties.

Key Personality Traits and Skills

• You have a kind knowledge of all F&B standards, service, and products. You’re able to demonstrate hygiene codes correctly and are able to show safe use of all materials/equipment.
• You are a master in multitasking and are eager to learn.
• You are proactive and control over strong communication skills.
• You’re fluent in English, Dutch and/or any other language is appreciated.
• You are flexible; available evenings, weekends and on holidays.
