Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center zoekt een gepassioneerde bartender om gasten een memorabele drinkexperience te bieden en mee te werken aan een uniek drankenaanbod. Je werkt in een team en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze bar en correcte betalingstransacties.

Vereiste is Engels en Nederlands; ervaring in bartending is prettig. De rol vereist flexibiliteit voor avonden, weekenden en feestdagen en biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Marriott.

• Je beheerst Engels.

Aufgaben

• Bereiden van alcoholische en niet-alcoholische dranken voor gasten.
• Assisteren van de Restaurant Manager bij het creëren van een uniek drankenaanbod.
• Als één team samenwerken en elkaar helpen.
• Bar er altijd vlekkeloos uit laten zien en gereed voor inzet.
• Verse garnering voorbereiden.
• Volgen van alle veiligheids- en beveiligingsbeleid.
• Verwerken van verschillende betaalmethoden.
• Sluiting van de dienst afronden.

Mixing with a touch of love:

Being a Bartender isn’t only about mixing drinks, the memorable and unique experience that we provide to our guest is just as important. It isn’t only about making exquisite drinks, the role of a mixologist goes beyond the bar.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the guest, using measuring systems.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with creating an unique beverage offering.
• We are one big team, helping out others is a must – 'Teamwork Makes The Dream Work'
• Your bar looks always flawless, and is ready for action.
• Prepare fresh garnish for the drinks.
• You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
• Process all different payment methods.
• Complete closing duties.

Key personality traits:

• You’re very passionate about beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic
• You are creative with new trends and demands
• Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• You’re fluent in English, Dutch and/or any other language is appreciated.
• You are flexible; available evenings, weekends and on holidays.
• Bartending experience is preferable with sound cocktail knowledge
