Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Quick Response Team (QRT) FFI 5-Shift Engineer to provide first-line troubleshooting and to secure factory progress and machine availability. You design action plans and coach execution teams in solving issues with frequent collaboration across departments.

You will operate in a 5-shift schedule, supporting factory output, guiding technical decisions, and maintaining customer commitments while continuously improving the QRT FFI organization.

Qualifications

• Vocational technical degree with several years of experience or Bachelor's or Master's in a technical area.
• Above-average troubleshoot skills and interest.
• Technical knowledge of ASML DUV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support factory output and guide decisions during complex issues.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge to strengthen QRT FFI capabilities.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve complex issues and meet targets.
• Support both factory and field teams, managing workload and priorities.
