A pragmatic, decisive leader with HBO technical education and fluency in Dutch and English will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• A completed technical HBO education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial automation.
• Proven leadership experience in production or assembly environments.
• Experience managing teams of 30–50 employees through team leaders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily assembly production and translate strategy to goals for team leaders.
• Manage KPIs, identify deviations early, and intervene to meet targets and delivery times.
• Monitor staffing and maintain medium-term personnel planning.
• Analyze work in progress and improve lead time, efficiency, and ergonomics.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, quality, and procurement and align with other BU Production Manager.
• Provide management reports and analyze ERP data for forecasting.
• Coach and develop team leaders and assemblers; conduct performance interviews.
