ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Team Leader Waferstage to manage a 12‑person EF Wafer Stage team, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality and cost targets. You will collaborate with planners, engineers and support teams while driving continuous improvements in production.
You bring a technical degree and 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, with LEAN experience, strong stakeholder skills and the ability to operate under pressure in a cleanroom environment.
As a team leader Waferstage (WS), you will be responsible for managing the WS team of approximately 12 team members in the EUV factory (EF). The EUV Factory is responsible for the production and installation of EUV wafer scanners and sources. The department EF manufacturing Module Build is responsible for the build and qualification of the MID, Waferstage, Metroframe and FFA-OP modules. You will be reporting to the Group Lead Wafer Stage and primary supports a Wafer Stage test stations.
Your team will manage the delivery of a module from start preparation up until delivery to the internal customer. This also includes after care, meaning staying in contact with the internal customer. Focus areas are new production integrations preparation and continuous improvement for the complete scope of quality, lead time and cost. You will work closely with stakeholders from the following teams: production planners, production engineers, first line support (FLS) and development representatives.

You will be working in a two shift schedule and partially in a cleanroom environment.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
