Job summary

The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking a Floor Supervisor to join our team at Lotti’s. You will support the seamless running of our restaurant by delivering highly efficient service, maintaining standards, and anticipating guest needs.

You will lead a talented team, motivating and developing them to be the best they can be, under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager. You will guide daily operations across the restaurant, lounge, lobby and mezzanine, onboard new team members, and drive Hoxton

Qualifications

• Experience as floor manager or supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent understanding of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests unwind and enjoy themselves.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, Lounge, Lobby and Mezzanine.
• Onboard new team members and provide SOP updates to senior management.
• Train and develop wait staff: food, beer, wine knowledge and upselling.
• Drive Ennismore/Hoxton initiatives: LQA, Dis-Loyalty, weekly/monthly/quarterly competitions.
• Support Bar management when necessary.
• Conduct team chats: performance reviews and 1-2-1s.
• Formulate staff schedules and maintain inventories and cash control procedures.
• Complete accounting and administrative reports; maintain a positive attitude.
