Job summary

The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking an outgoing Events Operations Waiter to help create unforgettable guest experiences in our vibrant Lotti’s venue. Reporting to the Manager, you’ll ensure smooth apartment operations, handle guest requests, and support on-day catering for events.

You’ll join a team passionate about hospitality, benefit from staff meals, and enjoy 25 days holiday plus opportunities for growth across The Hoxton.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and events is preferred.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Gatekeeper for meeting room logistics and room setup.
• Maintain and tidy meeting room areas, manage billing and check-in/out.
• Coordinate food and beverage for events.
• Work with hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle light admin tasks like expenses and inventories.
