The Hoxton’s Lotti’s is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead and motivate a high-volume restaurant team. You will model The Hoxton Way, oversee day-to-day service, and ensure guest expectations are met with exceptional hospitality.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will onboard new members, update SOPs, and drive initiatives across LQA standards, training, and guest experiences. Excellent Dutch and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as floor manager or supervisor in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a smooth service.
• Lead and develop the front-of-house team, setting the vibe and standards.
• Onboard new team members; conduct performance conversations and trainings.
