The Hoxton’s Lotti’s is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead and motivate a high-volume restaurant team. You will model The Hoxton Way, oversee day-to-day service, and ensure guest expectations are met with exceptional hospitality.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will onboard new members, update SOPs, and drive initiatives across LQA standards, training, and guest experiences. Excellent Dutch and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as floor manager or supervisor in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication to maintain standards.

We’re looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at Lotti’s. Reporting to our Restaurant Manager you will be responsible to support the seamless running of our restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained, guest needs are anticipated as well as a good handle on the figures. Along with the Restaurant Manager you will lead our talented team, motivating and developing them to be the best they can be.

Lotti's is our buzzing neighbourhoodrestaurant.The menu features an internationally inspired brasserie style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.During the day, Lotti'sis a place to meet, relax or work, and from Friday to Sunday the bar plays host to local DJ talent.
