Our client is a market-leading operator in the indoor leisure and entertainment industry, specializing in large-scale adventure parks that deliver active, engaging experiences for guests of all ages. We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join the expanding team in Utrecht.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team and foster a positive, motivating work environment
• Oversee daily operations, including planning and task delegation
• Work alongside the team on the floor to lead by example
• Ensure high service quality and strive for optimal customer satisfaction
• Handle special requests and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate closely with fellow Floor Managers and report directly to the Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Possess a minimum of MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) level or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a leadership role
