A driver unexpectedly falls out, while multiple temporary workers need to be at their jobs on time. At the same time, a new resident has questions about the house rules and a sick temporary worker needs to be passed on to the schedule. As Housing Coordinator at Goodmorning, you keep an overview, switch quickly and ensure that everyone knows what is going on. Are you looking for a responsible position in which guidance, planning and social management come together? Read on.
Goodmorning provides daily support to a large group of international temporary workers. This includes not only work, but also housing, transportation, and practical support during their stay in the Netherlands.
You will join a team of four coordinators with similar tasks. Together, the team is responsible for supporting approximately 500 temporary workers. There is close collaboration with, among others, planning, intercedents, Housing Support, and the facilities department. You report directly to the regional coordinator.
As a Housing Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for international temporary workers. You guide them with questions about housing, transportation, registrations, and the first workday. You also explain the house rules and the living environment and support them where necessary with registrations at the RNI, the municipality, or the application for a BSN.
In addition, you help with the daily planning and transportation of temporary workers. You keep in touch with drivers, communicate changes in workplaces, and look for solutions in case of downtime or unexpected transport problems. You also support in case of absenteeism and ensure that the planning is informed in time.
At the residential locations, you supervise the general course of affairs. You register arrival and departure, manage keys, badges, clothing, and other resources, and report facility problems to the appropriate department. By maintaining regular contact with residents, you identify bottlenecks early and know how to resolve conflicts calmly.
In the event of incidents or emergencies, you act quickly and according to the applicable procedures. You work closely with planning, intercedents, Housing Support, and the facility department. Together with three other coordinators, you are responsible for the guidance of approximately 500 temporary workers.
