Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, personalized, five-star service at your station.
• Advising guests on food, wine, and beverages.
• Creating a warm and stylish atmosphere in your ward.
• Gathering and forwarding guest feedback.
• Close cooperation with restaurant manager and kitchen staff.
• Guidance and support for new team members.
• Be a role model in appearance, service etiquette, and professionalism.
• Mise en place and service procedures for your station.
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and HACCP-compliant hygiene.
• Handle cash register systems and basic accounting responsibly.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of service processes.
