Job summary

NN Group is seeking a First Line Operational Risk Officer to work closely with the Customer & Digital teams. You will identify, assess and manage risks while keeping customer value and business progress at the center, ensuring a strong control environment as AI and cloud solutions expand.

You will partner with IT, Data & AI, and Security to translate risk topics into practical guidance, enable informed decisions, and support governance of AI and operational risks across digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Risk Management or related field.
• At least two years in Operational Risk / Internal Control / Audit.
• Knowledge of IT risk, cyber risk advantageous.
• Experience with risk assessments and remediation activities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, IT, Data & AI and Security teams to strengthen risk management.
• Coordinate and facilitate first-line risk activities within C&D and drive remediation of gaps.
• Translate complex risk topics into practical guidance for teams.
• Advise management on operational, data, outsourcing and AI risks.
• Support AI governance requirements and Responsible AI principles.
