Job summary

NN is seeking a First Line Operational Risk Officer to support risk management across our Customer & Digital domain in a rapidly evolving AI-enabled environment. You will partner with business, IT, Data & AI and Security teams to identify, assess and mitigate risks while enabling responsible AI, secure digital journeys and trusted customer experiences.

You will work close to digital delivery and governance, translating complex topics into practical guidance, supporting audits and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Risk Management or related field.
• At least two years of experience in Operational Risk, Internal Control, Audit, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of IT Risk, cyber risk and regulatory environments advantageous
• Experience with risk assessments, control testing, issue remediation and regulatory assessments
• A risk and control mindset with technology affinity and AI literacy
• Analytical thinking, judgement and ability to influence stakeholders
• Execution power and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks across processes and IT services.
• Facilitate risk assessments and drive remediation of identified gaps.
• Translate complex risk topics into practical guidance for teams.
• Advise management on operational, data, outsourcing and AI risks.
• Support AI governance and Responsible AI principles and regulatory expectations.
