Job summary

NN Group is seeking a proactive First Line Operational Risk Officer to support Customer & Digital in shaping risk-aware digital transformation. You will translate technical risk topics into practical guidance, collaborate with IT, Data & AI and Security, and help maintain a strong control environment as NN accelerates AI, cloud, and digital initiatives.

Based in The Netherlands, you will partner with diverse teams, influence decision-making and sustain risk-aware delivery across NN’s digital

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Risk Management or a related field.
At least two years of experience in Operational Risk, Internal Control, Audit, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of risk management frameworks, governance, internal controls and regulatory environments.
Experience with risk assessments, control testing, issue management and remediation activities.

Responsibilities

Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks across business processes, IT services, AI solutions, digital products and change initiatives.
Enable innovation and digital transformation while ensuring risks are managed effectively and with transparency.
Translate complex risk topics into practical guidance for management and delivery teams.
Advise on operational, data, outsourcing and AI-related risks and governance.
Support AI governance requirements and Responsible AI principles.
