Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux offers an internship program for (near) graduates in HR, based in the Netherlands. The program provides mentorship, hands-on projects, and a community of around 30 interns.

Compensation is 550€ per month with travel reimbursement and a work-from-home toolkit. Responsibilities include supporting HR activities, serving as a contact for employees, organizing Rewards & Recognition events, and assisting recruitment and absenteeism projects.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO students with an affinity towards HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or Management.
• Fluent in Dutch; English advantageous.
• Proactive with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support activities within the HR department including personnel and salary administration.
• Be the first point of contact for employees within the plant.
• Organize internal activities related to Rewards & Recognition, Vitality and Happiness at Work.
• Support the recruitment process.
• Gain insight into absenteeism and reintegration processes.
• Participate in various HR-related projects.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO students with an affinity towards HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or Management
• You are fluent in Dutch (Fluent in English is a plus)
• Someone proactive with good communication skills
• Open for team work but also able to take initiative
• A person with hands‑on mentality
• Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
