Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux offers a winter internship from January/February to July 2027 for near-graduates. You will support the retail sales function, analyzing performance, preparing customer presentations and participating in sales meetings.

The program provides mentorship, hands-on experience, and opportunities for personal and professional growth within a leading FMCG company. You will join a team of around 30 interns in a hybrid environment with a monthly stipend of 550€ and travel reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Must have good command of Dutch (spoken and written).
• Analytical mindset with comfortusing data.

• Able to work clearly and structured.

• Currently in final phase of studies or within 3 months after starting an internship.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• You will focus mainly on the retail part of sales by supporting the sales teams in managing customers like AH / Jumbo and Superunie
• Analyze sales performance, promotional activities and market developments
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, meetings and business reviews
• Be part of sales and customer meetings and contribute with your own insights and ideas
• Gain a strong understanding of how the retail sales process works and support the team in daily commercial activities
• Develop your professional skills; improving communication, time management, problem solving and teamwork
• Collaborate with fellow interns and colleagues across different departments to learn more about the business

What we're looking for

• A good command of the Dutch language (both spoken and written) is required
• Proactive in taking on tasks, curious and daring to do things differently
• Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data

• A team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
• Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies
• Student who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, preferably in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
