Job summary

PepsiCo in the Netherlands offers a winter-term internship for near-graduates in HR, with mentorship, meaningful projects and hands-on experience across HR activities.

You will support payroll and personnel administration, recruitment, and rewards & recognition while gaining insight into absenteeism and reintegration. The internship pays 550€ per month plus travel reimbursement and includes a work-from-home toolkit.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO student with affinity for HR, business administration, international business, psychology or management.
• Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus.
• Proactive with good communication skills.
• Open for teamwork but able to take initiative.
• Hands-on mentality and current studies in final phase or within 3 months after starting.
• Currently in final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR activities including personnel and salary administration.
• First point of contact for employees at the plant.
• Organize internal activities related to rewards, vitality and happiness at work.
• Support the recruitment process.

• Supporting activities within the HR department including personnel and salary administration

• Support the recruitment process
• Gain insight into the absenteeism process and reintegration
• Participate in various HR-related projects
