PepsiCo is offering an HR Intern Benelux position based at our Utrecht HQ. You will provide hands-on HR support for the Netherlands and Belgium, reporting to the People Business Partner for Utrecht. This role is designed for near-graduates looking to learn by doing.

You’ll engage across HR topics from recruitment to learning, Total Rewards, and employee experience. The internship includes mentorship, meaningful projects, and compensation of 550€/month plus travel reimbursement.

Are you curious about people, business and what happens behind the scenes to make a great organization work? Do you like taking initiative, figuring things out and getting things done?

As our HR Intern Benelux, you’ll become part of the local HR team and get the opportunity to experience HR in practice. Based at our Utrecht HQ, you’ll provide hands‑on HR support for our teams in the Netherlands and Belgium, reporting into the People Business Partner responsible for Utrecht HQ.

This isn’t an internship where you’ll spend your time watching from the sidelines. We’re looking for someone who wants to jump in, take ownership and learn by doing.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

No two days in HR are exactly the same, and what you work on will depend on what’s happening in our business and with our people at that moment.

You could find yourself:

• Helping employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions and finding the right answers or solutions
• Supporting local HR activities and initiatives across Utrecht and Belgium
• Helping coordinate key people processes and activities
• Connecting with different HR colleagues and specialists to get things moving
• Taking ownership of smaller projects or improvement ideas
• Spotting something that could work better and helping us do something about it

Along the way, you may get exposure to different parts of the HR landscape, from People Business Partnering and Talent Management to Learning & Development, Employee Experience or Total Rewards. Exactly what that looks like will depend on the topics and opportunities that come up during your internship.

And because HR rarely stands still, some of the most interesting things you’ll work on might be things we haven’t even thought of yet. We’d love you to be the kind of person who sees an opportunity and says: “I can take that.”
