PepsiCo BeNeLux invites near-graduates to join a structured internship program in the Netherlands. You’ll work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and grow through hands-on experience across AFH and consumer channels.

For six months, you’ll be part of a supportive team, develop core professional skills, and contribute to real business outcomes with peers from the intern cohort.

Qualificações

• Must be a student or recent graduate within 3 months of start date.
• Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing).
• Have a valid Dutch driver’s license.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks.
• Structured and organized in your approach.

Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands‑on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Away From Home (AFH) would be the business you support, which refers to our business segment focused onserving customers and consumers outside of traditional retail environments—such as in restaurants, workplaces, schools, entertainment venues, and other food service or hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional skills; including communication, time management, problem solving and teamwork
• Understand how the sales process works and participate in it
• Learn on the job by collaborating with fellow interns, sharing experiences, and building connections across the company.

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Able to work independently and set the right priorities
• Proactive in taking on tasks and daring to do things differently
• Work in a structured and organized way
• You must hold student status or have graduated no more than 3 months before the start date of the internship.
• Speak and write Dutch fluently
• In possession of a valid Dutch driver’s license
