Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux in the Netherlands offers a winter internship for (near-)graduates from January/February to July 2027. You will work on meaningful projects in regulatory affairs, food safety, packaging, and promotions, shaping the future of iconic brands.

Join a supportive intern community, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience with cross-functional teams. Compensation is 550€/month with travel reimbursement and a work-from-home toolkit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Food Technology, Food and Health, Business and consumer sciences or Regulatory/Legal.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Team player, self-starter, proactive.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and well-structured.
• Currently in final phase of studies or within 3 months of starting internship.

Responsibilities

• Learn Dutch Precautionary Allergen Labelling regulation implementation.
• Study Food Law, food safety, nutrition and food science in packaging, advertising and launches.
• Work in a team with multiple stakeholders from different disciplines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Support day-to-day work in Regulatory Affairs/Food Science at a big food company.

• You will learn how we have implemented the new Dutch Precautionary Allergen Labelling regulation
• You will learn the application of Food Law Regulation, food safety, nutrition and food science in developing new packaging, new advertising and promotions and new product launches
• You will be working in a team with multiple stakeholders, different disciplines and different interests
• You will learn how to work on multiple projects at the same time, keeping deadlines and being a valued team member
• Participating in the day to day work in the Regulatory Affairs/Food science department of a big food company

Qualifications

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor or Master preferably in Food Technology, Food and Health, Business and consumer sciences or Regulatory/Legal
• Good communication skills. Fluent Dutch is a must plus English. French is a nice to have
• A team player, but also a self-starter, someone who is pro-active and takes initiative
• Analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and very well structured
• Someone focused on result, with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Someone interested in Food Regulation and how to implement it into artworks and promotions
• Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
