Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux is seeking a Logistics Intern for a winter term running January/February to July 2027. You’ll act as the spider in the web within the logistics team, supporting daily follow-up with the 3PL warehouse and collaborating to keep operations smooth.

The role blends operational tasks (50%) with a project to sharpen your skills and deliver impact. Expect mentorship, growth opportunities, and a community of interns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor HBO or Master’s student, or has graduated with affinity towards Supply Chain or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Likes to take initiative and can work independently.
• Has strong communication skills since you will be in contact with all departments within the organization and customs.
• Fluent in Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Daily follow-up of deliveries and 3PL warehouse coordination.
• Track root causes of delivery issues and provide initial analysis to Domestic 3PL lead.
• Check return processes and manage post-return goods requests.
• Follow up on customs with stakeholders and maintain inventory in SAP.
• Project work within the SP&L team and creating warehouse forecasts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As theLogistics Intern, you will be the spider in the web within the logistics team. This role is responsible for the daily follow with our 3PL warehouse. You will do daily tasks together with the logistics team to secure our operation will run whit out any disruptions. Also in this job you will do a project to improve your skills and to improve our performance. So the role will be 50% daily tasks and 50% working on a project.

Daily follow-up of exceptions in deliveries

• Tracking of root causes of deliveries in regularities and providing first analysis to Domestic 3PL lead
• Check return process: identify missing returns and execute post return goods requests.
• Follow up customs with all the different stakholders
• Daily match of 3PL stocks and SAP stocks and work closely with the CCC team
• Invoice management for the logistics team
• Project management withing the SP&L team
• Creating forecast for our warehouse and having weekly contact with the 3PL stakholders
