Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for Fire Detection in the BENELUX region. You will act as the technical advisor to installers, distributors, consultants and end users, guiding specifications and compliant solutions across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

The role combines technical expertise with strategic customer engagement and business growth in a high-visibility regional position.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in the Fire & Life Safety industry.
Strong knowledge of fire detection systems and applications.
Experience with EN standards and industry regulations.
Proven design and application engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical expert for Fire Detection solutions across the BENELUX region.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend compliant fire detection solutions.
Support consultants, installers and end users during specification and design phases.
Prepare technical quotations and solution proposals in collaboration with the commercial team.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and technical workshops.
Maintain CRM records and technical documentation up to date.
