Job summary

You will collaborate with product, delivery and technical teams, run workshops and workshops, and manage senior stakeholders across business units.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional experience in services, software or customer delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, IT or related discipline.
- Interest in technology, financial services and customer delivery.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM or enterprise software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise software implementations from kick-off to go-live.
- Manage onboarding activities for banking clients.
- Gather, document and translate business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and client meetings.
- Support testing, delivery milestones and implementation planning.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with customers.
- Partner with product, delivery and technical teams to ensure outcomes.
