Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited in Amsterdam is partnering with a FinTech to deliver enterprise software solutions to top European financial institutions. The role covers discovery through go-live, onboarding and client success, with broad exposure to banking software implementations.

You will collaborate with product, delivery and technical teams, run workshops and workshops, and manage senior stakeholders across business units.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in services, software or customer delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, IT or related discipline.
• Interest in technology, financial services and customer delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM or enterprise software platforms.

Responsibilities

Are you looking to move beyond traditional consulting and play a key role in delivering enterprise software solutions to some of Europe's leading financial institutions?

We're partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing FinTech business that is expanding its European presence and investing heavily in client delivery capability. This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth, working directly with Tier 1 banking customers across implementation, onboarding and client success.

You'll work across the full client lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation, stakeholder management and successful go-live delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting enterprise software implementations from project kick-off through to go-live
• Managing onboarding activities for new banking clients
• Gathering, documenting and translating business requirements
• Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and client meetings
• Supporting testing, delivery milestones and implementation planning
• Building long-term trusted relationships with customers
• Partnering with internal product, delivery and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes
