SurePay is expanding its Customer Success team in the Netherlands, focusing on tier 1 and 2 banking clients across the Benelux. You will translate client feedback into solutions, drive commercial growth through upgrades, and partner with account directors on renewals and strategy.

We seek a hands-on CSM with fintech SaaS experience, strong relationship skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. The role offers hybrid work, tech tools, and a collaborative culture focused on impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience in Fintech/Payments/SaaS serving banks.
• Strong relationship management and communications skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to spot growth opportunities and collaborate with the account team.
• Familiarity with APIs and banking tech environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer relationship and drive long-term account growth.
• Drive adoption and value realization of the service across clients.
• Monitor client performance, usage, and key metrics to identify risks/opportunities.
• Lead product training and develop resources to guide clients.
