Ore Energy seeks a senior finance leader to own and execute the company’s financing strategy, translating multi-year engineering and manufacturing roadmaps into compelling investment cases for global capital markets.

You will lead equity raises, structure gigafactory and project financing, and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, ECAs, and DFIs. A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset is essential for a fast-paced scale-up.

Formación

• 10+ years in strategic or corporate finance within energy or capital-intensive sectors.
• Proven track record raising equity and closing complex debt transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling to stress-test complex assumptions.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, investor due diligence, ECAs/DFIs.
• Strong negotiation and transaction management capabilities.
• Ability to connect engineering and manufacturing roadmaps to financing plans.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, hands-on in a fast-paced scale-up.
• English fluency; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an integrated capital strategy across equity, debt, project finance, public funding, guarantees, and grants.
• Lead equity fundraising rounds from investor positioning through closing.
• Structure corporate, gigafactory, and project-level financing.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, ECAs, DFIs, and infrastructure funds.
• Own and defend the company’s financial model before the Board and external counterparties.
• Translate manufacturing and deployment plans into scalable bankable financing structures.
• Select and manage external financial, legal, and tax advisors while retaining internal deal ownership.
• Provide high-level financial guidance to the CEO, leadership team, and Board.
• Build core finance capabilities, controls, systems, and reporting for rapid scale-up.
