Fluence Energy B.V. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end turnkey EPC battery energy storage projects up to $30M+ in value.

You will report to the Head of Projects, UK & Ireland, and coordinate with finance, engineering, and procurement to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. The role requires experience in a matrix, virtual environment with multiple stakeholders and a strong PM certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, or other technical discipline.
• Combined 5 years’ experience in project management, construction management, or engineering in the power generation market.
• Experience delivering a project to a Utility customer in Ireland is a plus.
• Business level English & French language skills are a necessity.
• Minimum 3 years P&L responsibility delivering equipment supply or turn-key projects.
• Over one-year experience managing subcontractor contracts.
• Has managed a matrix project organization comprised of 6+ functions.
• Valid Senior Project Management certification (e.g. PMI PgMP, IPMA Level B (Senior PM) etc.).
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting ideas clearly to audiences.
• Knowledge of DS3 Services, Eirgrid Grid Code and SEM is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects through delivery from contract execution to handover.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance, engineering and procurement to manage schedules and budgets.
• Oversee quality and safety plans under ISO 9001 and continuous improvement program.
• Manage relationships with EPC, Equipment Delivery and other partners.
