Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC, a global leader in intelligent energy storage and optimization software, is seeking a Project Manager to lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects. The role reports to the Head of Projects, UK & Ireland, and requires independent work in a matrix, virtual environment with multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project/construction management in power generation, strong English and French, and a willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, or other technical discipline.
• Experience managing projects in power generation or energy storage is preferred.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for projects up to $30M+ in value.
• Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects from contract to handover.
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule in line with ISO 9001.
• Lead engineering reviews, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning across projects.
• Coordinate with finance, engineering, procurement and other functions to resolve issues.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and executives to meet contract requirements.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
