Job summary

iBuyFlowers.com is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to own day-to-day finance, financial control, and automation initiatives. You will report to the CFO, drive AI-enabled improvements, and shape a scalable finance function across Dutch and US entities.

Based in the Netherlands with hybrid work and close collaboration with senior management to translate insights into action and support growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant finance experience, including accounting and financial control.
• Experience owning a monthly close, reconciliations and management reporting.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.

Responsibilities

• Own finance operations and control, including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Build finance through AI and automation, redesign workflows and implement integrations.
• Manage cash with a rolling 13-week forecast and advise on liquidity risks.
• Prepare management reporting, rolling forecasts and budgets; analyze revenue and profitability.
