Job summary

Skytree, a cleantech start-up in Amsterdam, is seeking a Finance Associate to join the growing Finance team. You will support day-to-day financial processes, ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency, and collaborate with the CFO, Financial Controller, and cross‑team units across our 120-person organization.

You will own handling invoices, process payments, reconcile accounts, manage PO tasks, and respond to financial inquiries, while maintaining tidy records in a fast-paced, international

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or related administration.
• MS Dynamics is a big plus!
• Fluent in English, spoken and written, with basic Dutch skills (A2).
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of organizing incoming invoices.
• Preparing and executing payments with accuracy and speed.
• Reconciliation of accounts and statements to keep our numbers sharp.
• Driving smooth order processing and handling purchasing order (PO) task
• Serving as the go-to person for all payment-related questions
• Managing all financial incoming enquiries and invoices proactively
• Keeping our records clean and up to date through diligent filing
• Supporting the team with agile, day-to-day administrative tasks
