Acre in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to strengthen its finance function within an international, purpose-driven organization. You will own day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and reporting, with scope to improve processes in a small, collaborative team.

Hybrid role, 2 days/week in the office, salary €50,000-€60,000 gross annually. Qualifications include 1–2 years in financial accounting or controlling and a relevant accounting qualification, with professional English

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of practical experience in financial accounting or controlling.
• A relevant qualification in accounting, finance or business administration.
• Strong attention to detail and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities.
• Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and reports.
• Process supplier invoices and customer invoices; support AR/AP.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
• Collaborate in a small, international finance team.
