Job summary

Skytree is seeking an HR & People Operations Intern to join the People & Places team in Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment, and office management in a fast-paced cleantech startup.

The internship lasts 6-9 months, full-time (40 hours/week), with a monthly allowance of EUR 550 plus lunch and travel cost reimbursement. Start date is ASAP, based in the Netherlands near Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and quick learner in a dynamic startup.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Operations and Administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes end-to-end.
• Help with Office and Workplace Management tasks.
• Contribute to HR Tools and Process Improvement initiatives.
