Job summary

EcoFlow seeks an experienced after-sales technician to deliver online and on-site technical services for home energy storage products in the Netherlands, resolving customer issues and ensuring reliable operation.

You will gather field-reported product and quality issues, consolidate findings for headquarters, and maintain localized FAQs and operation guidelines. The role includes remote and on-site training for local channels and installers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hands-on experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in technical support or field after-sales service.
• Background in Electronic Engineering, Automation or related technical disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online and on-site after-sales technical services for home energy storage products in the Netherlands and resolve customer technical issues.
• Gather field-reported product and quality issues, consolidate findings and elevate to relevant headquarters teams.
• Maintain localized FAQs and on-site operation guidelines, and implement repair & technical manuals provided by headquarters.
