Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks an Installation Electrician to provide hands-on training and support for the installation and commissioning of Enphase Storage and Energy Management Systems at residential and commercial sites.

Join the Western Europe team to troubleshoot advanced issues, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with NEN standards. You will report to a Netherlands-based team leader and coordinate with a service coordinator for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in solar PV, energy storage, and inverters.
• Electrical education at MBO level 3 or 4 or equivalent.
• Certified or willing to certify to install electrical storage systems per NEN 1010 and NEN 3140.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams with safety focus.
• Fluency in local language and business English.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs and installation support for Enphase Storage and EMS, including battery storage systems.
• Install, test and commission systems according to NEN 1010 and manufacturer specs; verify operation before handover.
• Maintain preventive and corrective maintenance for reliability.
• Provide advanced technical support and on-site fault diagnosis.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Field Applications Engineers and technicians to resolve issues.
• Document all service activities in internal systems.
• Ensure safety and compliance with local electrical codes and Enphase protocols.
• Stay current with solar, storage and energy management tech.
