Job summary

Emerson in the Netherlands is seeking a high-energy sales professional to own and grow strategic accounts. You will drive bookings, bookings forecast accuracy, and gross profit while negotiating contracts within authority and building deep customer relationships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated solutions, maintain robust CRM pipelines, and lead account growth initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• Proven track record selling technologies to customers in relevant industry.
• Results-driven with ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and contract understanding.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales, Bookings, and Gross Profit targets within assigned accounts.
• Own bookings forecast; ensure monthly delivery and mitigate risks proactively.
• Negotiate contracts within Delegation of Authority and pricing.
• Build customer understanding and promote tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute account growth plans; track progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop differentiated solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, opportunities, and account plans in CRM.
• Map installed base and drive lifecycle opportunities with Service teams.
• Drive lifecycle opportunities and optimize sales cycle efficiency.
• Align monthly action plans and long-term account strategies.
• Contribute to annual sales target setting based on account performance.
