Job summary

Emerson in Netherlands (Zuid-Holland, Rijswijk) is seeking a sales-focused professional to lead the Measurement Solutions portfolio for assigned accounts. You will manage sales targets, forecast bookings, and negotiate contracts while aligning with customer needs and growth plans.

You will work closely with product managers and industry leaders to articulate compelling value propositions, expand stakeholder networks, and position Emerson's offerings in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales, Bookings, and Gross Profit targets for the Measurement Solutions portfolio.
• Own the bookings forecast for the portfolio and drive timely volume commitments.
• Negotiate contracts, including pricing, discounts, and volume structures.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and promote relevant Emerson solutions.
• Maintain customer growth plans and track progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Industry Leaders to craft value propositions.
