Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor degree or comparable technical education.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in Industrial and Factory Automation Industry.
• Proficient use in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI & Outlook.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Be an action-oriented, self-motivated, result driven sales person.
• Be a team player willing to work within a matrix organization with other DAUT people in the region and globally.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel in the region.
• Clean Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify market requirements and develop growth strategies for orders and profitability within the Dutch territory.
• Direct and coordinate activities to promote sales and support products and solutions in the area.
• Visiting existing customers to promote product lines and services.
• Seek new opportunities to sell products and services to new customers and industries.
• Negotiate Business Contracts within the delegation of authority, including discount, price and volume structures.
• Drive sales strategies with the sales support organization.
• Maintain a project opportunity list in relevant tools.
• Ensure execution of contracted terms and maintain customer satisfaction.
