Job summary

411 SFDC Netherlands B.V. is seeking a seasoned Field Service Consultant to lead complex pre‑sales engagements for Salesforce Field Service and related mobile solutions in enterprise deployments.

You will translate customer requirements into end‑to‑end architectures, run technical discovery sessions, and present executive‑level demos, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and scale across customer accounts in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration.
• Proven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex deployments.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence — comfortable presenting to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns (APIs, middleware, IoT).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates deep familiarity with scheduling in mobile, asset management, and integration technologies.
• Establish Salesforce Field Service solution as the best choice to meet customer needs.
• Lead technical design sessions and document domain-specific workflows and architectures.
• Present executive level product demonstrations and articulate value of Field Service solutions.
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps.
• Manage technical due diligence and risk assessment in complex deals.
