Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Field Service Consultant to lead end-to-end design and deployment of Field Service solutions for large enterprises from Amsterdam. You’ll translate business needs into architecture, run discovery sessions, and guide complex deployments across scheduling, asset management, and mobile workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture in field service.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering/IS/Business.
• Deep Salesforce Field Service (FSL) expertise including scheduling, mobile, asset management.
• Ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex deployments.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating requirements into roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence for demos and presenting to C-suite/VP stakeholders.
• Experience managing technical due diligence and risk in complex deals.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, IoT in field service contexts.
• Experience in competitive positioning in field service tech.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications (Field Service Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect).
• Background in utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, telecom or similar.
• Experience in customer success, professional services or consulting.
• Familiarity with Agentforce AI-driven scheduling or agentic workflows.
• Track record of developing customer champions and trust with enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Present executive-level product demonstrations and articulate technical value.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Field Service solution roadmaps.
• Assess client tech landscapes and align Field Service capabilities to outcomes.

• Collaborate with partners and accounts to establish technical trust and credibility.
• Navigate complex deal cycles with due diligence and risk mitigation.
• Showcase integration patterns (APIs, middleware, IoT) in client environments.
